Detailed Pricing Report

The Detailed Pricing Report allows users to analyze cloud cost details with high granularity. It provides a comprehensive overview of expenses across services, accounts, and resources, helping organizations track spending patterns.

Select Account

On the Detailed Pricing Report, click on the Select Accounts dropdown to view all available cloud accounts linked to your profile.

Each account is labeled by its respective cloud provider — for example:
• Azure
• AWS
• GCP
• Office 365

Check the box next to the desired account(s) to include them in your Pricing Report.
The selected account will appear highlighted

You can select multiple accounts if you have access permissions to more than one.

Select Date Range

  • After selecting the required cloud accounts, click on the Date Range field to specify the reporting period.

  • Users can choose from predefined options such as Last Week, Last Month, Last Quarter, or set a Custom Date Range by selecting specific start and end dates from the calendar.

  • The selected date range determines which billing and usage data will be included in the generated report.

  • Once the date range is selected, it will be displayed on the screen (e.g., Sep 1, 2025 – Sep 30, 2025).

Generate Report

After selecting the Account and Date Range, click the Generate Report button.
The system will process your selections and display a detailed breakdown of costs.

The generated report includes the following key metrics:

  • Total Cost – Displays the overall spend for the selected period (e.g., kr 893,946.72).


  • Services – Number of services contributing to the cost (e.g., 18 services).

  • Accounts – Total accounts included in the report.

  • Resources – Total number of resources billed during the selected period.


Report Overview

Once the report is generated, the Overview tab provides a summarized visual breakdown of cloud costs using both charts and graphs:

  • Azure Pricing Pie Chart
    Displays cost distribution across services or accounts.
    Toggle between By Services and By Accounts to view different perspectives.
    Each segment represents a specific service (e.g., Storage, Bandwidth, Virtual Network) with corresponding cost and percentage share.

  • Azure Pricing Graph
    Visualizes cost trends over the selected date range.
    Each data point represents daily or periodic spend, allowing users to identify spending spikes and usage patterns.

Filter Options

Use the Filter dropdown on the top-right to refine data by selected parameters such as:

  • Sub-Accounts

Adjusting the filters automatically updates the report visuals and tables.

Daily Breakdown

Once you've selected the Date Range and generated the report, you can navigate to the Daily Breakdown tab to view the detailed cost distribution by day.

The breakdown is displayed in a table format with the following columns:

  • Date: The specific day the cost was incurred.


  • Accounts: The number of accounts contributing to the cost for that day.

  • Cost: The total cost for the day.

Account Breakdown – Segregates cost data by individual accounts.Service Analysis

The Service Analysis tab provides an in-depth view of the total expenditure by individual cloud services. This section helps users identify which services contribute the most to overall costs and analyze cost efficiency at a granular level.

After generating the report, click on the Service Analysis tab to view the breakdown.

Export Options

Once satisfied with your analysis, you can export the Detailed Pricing Report for sharing or offline review.
Supported export formats include:

  • PDF


  • Excel
